    Why Join Our Group Classes?

    • Social and Fun: With a small group up to 4 participants, you’ll join a friendly and supportive environment and explore different cultures while improving your English skills.
    • Cost-Effective: Group classes offer an even more affordable way to practice English.
    • Flexible Scheduling: You can join the group classes as often as you’d like—whether it’s once a month, every week, and everything in between.
    • Guided Discussions: Each class features a new topic with a lesson to lightly guide our conversation. While the topic provides structure, we encourage open speaking and interactive discussions to help you practice English naturally.

    FAQ

We’re currently offering intermediate group classes on Sundays, but we’re open to scheduling additional group sessions at different times, levels, or days.

If you are interested in joining our group classes but have a different level or availability, please contact us so we can arrange more group sessions.

Each group class features a new topic. We will let you know beforehand so you can come prepared to chat and improve your speaking skills.

You’re also welcome to suggest ideas and topics you’d like to explore!

You’ll be joining people from around the world, aged 16 and up, with a similar level of English. Our group classes are diverse, with participants having different jobs and backstories. What connects you is a shared interest in learning and growing your English skills, making the experience culturally enriching.

While up to 4 people can join a group class, some classes may have only 1 participant. In these cases, the class will still proceed, giving the student lots of time to chat with the teacher like a conversation class. 🙂

We aim to be very flexible and understanding with rescheduling, which sets us apart from other online language learning websites.

    Cancellation by Students:

    • Up to 1 Hour Before the Class Starts: Students can reschedule or cancel their enrollment if they notify us at least 1 hour before the group session begins.
    • Less Than 1 Hour Before the Class Starts: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the class starts will not be eligible for a refund. However, students can request to reschedule to another available group class, subject to availability.

    No-Show Policy:

    • If a student does not attend a class without prior notification, the class is considered a “no-show,” and no refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
    • If the student informs us after the class has started that they will not attend, it is also considered a no-show.
    • The teacher will wait 10 minutes for a student to join the Zoom call. If no student has joined after 10 minutes, the class will be considered a “no-show.”

    Teacher Rescheduling:

In the rare event that a teacher needs to reschedule, students will be notified as soon as possible. If needed, a substitute teacher may replace the original teacher to ensure the class proceeds as scheduled.
